The Kashmir issue has always been in the news since Independence. The present book attempts to focus on the constitutional aspects of this issue. The State has been enjoying a special status under Article 370 of the Constitution right from the beginning. This study, for the first time, systematically identifies various issues involving the subject.
The book contains not only an evaluation of the special status but also enlists the texts of various reports, memorandums and resolutions in the appendices for ready reference.
